With a sense of whimsy and fun, Lovely Confections Bakery produces artisan cupcakes from scratch using the finest ingredients available, many organic, and grown or produced in Colorado. Owner and Chief Baking Officer, Porche Lovely has been baking since childhood. After being caught in a corporate downsizing, Porche went to pastry school and has since interned at Cook's Illustrated magazine, worked on the Food Network show “Sugar Rush,” tested recipes for high altitude for Warren Brown's book “CakeLove: Cakes from Scratch,” and worked as a pastry chef in Denver.
